Sean has over 22 years experience working in London's financial services sector and the insurance market. He originally joined Meridian in 2002 before leaving in 2006 to work for AllianceBernstein as the Client Relationship Manager for their UK/Bermuda insurance business. He has also previously held positions at City Capital Counselling UK, an Atlanta based investment firm and The Merrett Group, a Lloyd's managing agency.

In his position as Head of Sales, Sean will be responsible for developing Meridian's sales strategy and will be in charge of business growth covering all products and services.

Laura, who worked alongside the MIPS team back in 2006, rejoined Meridian as Sales and Marketing Assistant in August 2009.  Laura is responsible for marketing and developing the Meridian brand as well as assisting Sean Thompson with business growth. Laura is also in charge of organising Meridian's events and seminars.

Laura has a Bachelors degree in Politics and previously worked as a recruitment consultant for investment managers.

Penny has been a part of the Meridian team since it was founded in 1984.

She is responsible for the control and administration of all the MIPS performance data, as well as the production and distribution of MIPS client reports.
